Magenious & Partners is an agency company handling the prosecution of trademark, copyright and domain name matters. It was founded by Tingru Wang in 2021.  Shanren Piao and Biao Wang quickly joined as co-founders. In 2022, Magenious merged with Merits & Tree, but continues to operate as an independent entity, and act as the de facto trademark department of Merits & Tree.
